Communications Tracking System

Designed for the DODIG, Office of Administration, this PC-based system tracks and maintains accountability for all DODIG communication equipment, services, costs, and special programs. For this system, DTI:

  • Prepared data requirements analysis.
  • Determined hardware and software requirements, including feasibility of using current DODIG equipment.
  • Established requirements for telecommunications with external mainframes.
  • Designed system and prepared code to permit timely response to queries and a user-friendly reporting capability.
