Hotline and Special Inquiries System

This PC-based system enhances the control and operations in Hotline and Special Inquiries activities. The system was developed and installed in a LAN-based environment with multiple users. DTI:

  • Performed a feasibility assessment and cost/benefit study of the operation of the Hotline Program and Special Inquiries.
  • Performed functional requirements analysis.
  • Wrote program code, tested, debugged, documented, and installed the system.
  • Established hardware specifications for a LAN and additional hardware within the DODIG, Department of Special Programs.
  • Designed and configured a LAN for the hotline system.
