Students Channel

  • Developed a strategic initiative crosswalk for the Students Channel.
  • Participated on an Integrated Process Team (IPT) to identify Students Channel customer call centers, business owner and customer focus aspects of telecommunications. Analyzed current telecommunication technologies, interfaces and benefits.
  • Developed a debt collections web architecture and strategies analysis. Re-designed web sites to comply with departmental design standards and protocols.
  • Prepared and posted materials to the Students Portal.
  • Assisted the Students Channel in gathering Students Portal data and information requirements.
  • Provide performance reporting and data analysis that includes generating recurrent and ad-hoc reports, developing presentation materials, monitoring portal activities and participating in FSA sponsored panels.
  • Assisted in various contract negotiations by developing materials and strategies.
